(1) Awards list of the 2014 Concours Général Agricole (Paris) for Pécharmant wines cancelled on november 30th 2016 by the Administrative Court of Bordeaux, the conditions of impartiality were not established: the oenologist of Château du Rooy, Château de Tiregand and Domaine du Haut-Pécharmant, was a member of the Jury (!), as were two winegrowers of the appellation (!!)

(2) Awards list of the 2017 Concours Général Agricole (Paris) for Pécharmant wines cancelled on December 15th 2021 by the Administrative Court of Appeal of Bordeaux, the conditions of impartiality were not established: the wife of a member of the Bergerac-Le Fleix wine cooperative “Alliance Aquitaine” producing the Pécharmant wines Domaine du Vieux Sapin and Etiquette Noire, also an “associate” of the oenologist of Château du Rooy, Château de Tiregand and Domaine du Haut-Pécharmant, incriminated at the time of the cancellation of the awards list of Pécharmant wines at the 2014 Concours Général Agricole, was a member of the Jury (!!!)
