(1) The list of Pécharmant wine award winners at the 2014 *Concours Général Agricole* (General Agricultural Competition) was annulled on November 30, 2016, by the Bordeaux Administrative Court because impartiality requirements were not met: the oenologist for Château du Rooy, Château de Tiregand, and Domaine du Haut-Pécharmant was a member of the jury (!), as were two winemakers from the appellation (!!).

(2) The list of Pécharmant wine award winners at the 2017 *Concours Général Agricole* was annulled on December 15, 2021, by the Bordeaux Administrative Court of Appeal because impartiality requirements were not met: the wife of a member of the Bergerac-Le Fleix “Alliance Aquitaine” cooperative winery—which produces the *Domaine du Vieux Sapin* and *Etiquette Noire* Pécharmant wines—was a member of the jury (!!!).
